"Very Very friendly Staffs. The woman keeps chatting with me! Other staffs keep smiling. Most of the filipino are talkative and nice! Halo Halo is delicious. I like the Taro Ice cream. Beef Tapa is also yummy. The only thing need to improve is the portion of the food. It's a little small. "
