"The tech couldn't figure out how to operatethe gate latch after being shown multiple times. She wouldn't ask for help claiming to be in a hurry. Management asked me to leave the gate open the entire day which obviously won't work"

"Poop911 does great getting rid of the poop, but we've been with them for about a month and we haven't had the same day twice in a et ow. Makes it tough to leave the gate open for them. I hope they get their route issues figured out soon."
