"Very unprofessional! Canceled service at the last minute multiple times due to various reasons (car trouble, weather ect) then after not hearing from them... I reached out to them and was told "we haven't been in contact with you so we stopped service" I had them for almost two years and suddenly the service was hit or miss."

"If i could give this company a zero stars i would. I hired them to come do service for my 2 dogs. They showed for the first visit. And then after that i never have seen the guy again. My dogs poop piled up badly and im fighting a dispute to getting my money back. That same money they keep charging me weekly and they dont show up. Ive called them several time..." Read more

"I have used this service for several months, and each month I am less satisfied with the waste pickup. I just cancelled my account because I am extremely unhappy with the missed piles each week. I have been paying weekly for 3 dogs, and yet still have tons left over each week. Customer Service is a joke, and I do NOT recommend this service to anyone"
