"Very unimpressed with this dog poop removal service. The older gentleman who is supposed to service our yard does a terrible job when he actually shows up. Several piles of dog poop remain in the yard after he's been here. We've attempted to reach out to their main office NUMEROUS times and have never gotten a returned call. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Scheduled date was not correct and the website doesn't have an option to cancel.
The cleaner was onsite for barely 10 minutes, and did not clean even half of the backyard. Total waste of money.
The fact that it is impossible to get someone on the phone and the online portal does not have a way to cancel the service is extremely shady."

Left several messages to cancel the service with no response. They continued to charge my card. I finally had to get my credit card company involved to block charges from these jokers.
