"I sent a message to this garage, and they did respond the next day, spoke to a lady who informed me the sales manager would call me back later, that did not happen, then 2 days later I get a message from cargurus saying the car now sold, poor communication."

"Friendly staff. Unit needs improvement, toilet not customer friendly which they are aware. I part ex'd my car to buy a car with Prestige and they must not have completed the trade purchase part as when they then sold my old car to the new owner, they went to register as the new owner the DVLA wrote to me asking why I hadn't marked the car out of my ownership..."
