"It was so fun to have a fitness activity every day and then explore with the group. While I made many friends, I did feel the host was very attached to a select few members who were known to them prior to the trip which sometimes felt it was not inclusive to the whole group."

"AWAT did a good job of preparing the group for the trip. One suggestion would be to keep the size of the group to maybe 12 maximum. With the group as large as it was, we ended up having to split into smaller groups and it made keeping everyone organized a bit difficult."

"What a treat to get to meet and work out with Sarah in person after working with her virtually for four years. I was hoping to put a bow on the entire trip with more of an introduction with the group and wrap-up. There was an intro in small groups, but not with everyone. I have my next trip booked with Sarah and am really looking forward to it!"
