"Unprofessional, unqualified, and inappropriate. Did not keep group updated on schedules and plans as he should have. Guests were confused each day on what we would be doing that day. Nathan was just a tag along for the ride, he didn’t really do much of anything. Carlos our tour guide, however, was exceptional. "
