"Sol is very professional. On time, friendly, and no drama, which of course when dealing with mold lots of uncertainty as a home owner. He very clear about the process and and recommendations. Highly recommend. He is also the least cost of you need certification done. He does not do any remediations, just does the inspection."

I would highly recommend Sol for inspections. The only thing I wasn’t told was the main shut off valve for the water and the electricity during emergency times."
