"Tenant here. They are extremely prompt, professional, and curteous. Requests (maintenaince or otherwise) get responded to extremely quickly. If there are repairs requests, professionals get sent out extremely quickly. Nothing bad to say about them!"

"The Team at PMT is amazing. I love the monthly fixed rate fee (why should I pay more because I charge a higher rent?). Furthermore when I decided to sell my place Jerome took care of everything and because he already had pics and info from the rental posting the process was seamless. My place up for sale in 2 days.
