"It’s been nice renting with rentchoice. Always quick to respond to all queries and sending maintenance people😊. But increase in rent every 6 months.. it’s bit concerning as pay is not increasing that fast but being a tenant we are happy."

"I had some early issues with Rent Choice, after being merged in from another property manager...but to their credit, they have now sorted out those issues and I've been extremely happy with my current PM Noelia, who has been extremely responsive. Last time I had to find a new tenant, they had someone moving in within about 2 weeks."
