"The air was messed up on the first bus that we got and it was extremely HOT! I contacted the person over it and she immediately sent us another bus that had working AC and a fan!! She also extended our time for an extra hour. She was very nice & professional!! Overall this was a great experience!!"

"They were 1 1/2 hours late. However the driver was nice, I got a partial refund and extended time. I just wished they were on time because we missed places to go from being pushed back from 11 pm to 12:30 am."
