"Vertical blind ordered without chain link but arrived with. Sales consultant advised that the fitters would take down and refit curtain rails but they don’t do. 2 blinds fitted at wrong windows - had to return to rectify. Good quality"

"It would of been 5 stars as the Blinds themselves and the quality are excellent. The only thing that let it down slightly for us ,was when they were fitted. Paint was chipped off the wall and all the dust was just left on the windowsill."
