"A 1000 year old castle!? What an amazing experience! The staff were wonderful, the food delicious and the views unmatched!! The whole weekend was perfect! Be aware that it is a 1000 year old castle, so the experience is more like glamping than a luxury hotel…but it doesn’t matter because the experience is amazing."

"Stayed at Ristonchi for a 4 day retreat with work and enjoyed it a lot! The rooms aren't hyper-modern but more than good enough! The food was good, breakfast plenty! The activities (pasta making, foraging tour with Rasmus) were a lot of fun! The environment is amazing! The castel gets passed by a GR route, so you can easily start walking from there!"
