"Stayed at Ristonchi for a 4 day retreat with work and enjoyed it a lot! The rooms aren't hyper-modern but more than good enough! The food was good, breakfast plenty! The activities (pasta making, foraging tour with Rasmus) were a lot of fun! The environment is amazing! The castel gets passed by a GR route, so you can easily start walking from there!"

"Such an amazing experience. We loved the history of the castle. The views are breathtaking. The dinner was one of the best meals we had in all of Italy! The host and staff were excellent. It was an added bonus to have the hiking trails and bikes."
