"We stopped in on a whim at The Reef. Fantastic place to spend an afternoon; even though it was blazing hot outside, the deck was perfectly comfortable and you can't beat the view. Excellent hostesses, friendly servers and patrons also. The food was great, as were the margaritas. We loved it so much we're eating in the Second Floor tonight!"

"Very poor restaurant manager - basically lied and made up excuses - tried to intimidate us to move to a different table even after the server let us move tables - the food was good, server was excellent but the manager put an amount of stress into the evening that was not necessary. Poor manager - negative impact to the customer experience"

"Prices have gone up, portions have shrunk, quality has gone down. At one point this was our favorite place in the Broader Tampa area, no more. They used to have pineapple coconut bread that was incredible. Now give you plain white bread. A simple shrimp basket is now 10$ more for a smaller portion. "First time here and this place was amazing, the restaurant was cozy, our waitress was awesome and she was very knowledgeable about the menu! The price was $$ to $$$ I would recommend making reservations because we were walk-ins and waited over an hour, but understandable because the place is small, after dinner the view of the sunset was just fabulous 🤩"

"It hurts me to give such a rating. Wonderful place overall... except... they removed their 5 star ribs from the menu. "Not impressed. Do not recommend. Food is overpriced and flavorless. Butter is frozen then defrosted, crab dip is bland and the lobster "pot pie" is way too salty to eat. Save your money and go somewhere else!"
