"The staff is amazing with people of all skill levels. We had a guest who was completely new to ropes courses. They were patient when they got scared stiff and wouldn't move. They even came out to where he was and helped him get to the next section! It was a very uplifting moment for everyone and it made the experience a very memorable day for us."
