"We had to take our cat to SASH as he had been bitten by a snake. We had a great experience with the vets and staff at sash. We did have a bit of a mis communication on our arrival evening and sat in the waiting room expecting an update for over an hour to find out we should have gone home. The care their whole staff gives from the front desk to the nurses and Dr's is fantastic. Our little fella Buddy wasn't allowed to leave until everyone had a cuddle. It was beautiful!!
