"We order the chicken breast butterflies and chicken thighs. This is our favorite way to order if you don't mind a little work packaging it all. Never an issue with ordering or pickup. They are either on time or early. Light trimming and vacumm sealing 90lbs of meat took me 2 hours. Next month we are going to try the Pacific Cod and Salmon."
