"Kristin had the audacity to ask me how I could even afford floors. That should be none of her business and for that she lost my business. If I couldn't afford flooring I would not have asked for Simply Floors to come to my house to do a consultation. I would not recommend their lack of courtesy or professionalism to anyone."
