"LESS THAN 1STAR. Move from UK to S France. Crew were 1 day late and on the day of moving, said wanted to deliver 2 days earlier than arranged, on a Sunday. Two vans, 1 of crew couldn’t lift because of bad back. Had to get further help to lift heavy items. All crew were Romanian, English language very poor. Many things damaged. Already apprehensive I was offered advice from the get go from Simpsons, they were friendly and offered me tips on what to take and what to leave as I’m a bit of a hoarder so there was a lot to go through! "Smooth and stress free! The team called me to confirm the day before the move and they showed up about 15 min early, so we had a few min to go over the plan for the everything (early is on time, on time is late)! "Horrible. Took them to court and won. One example of terrible service: paid for unpacking (arrived two days late) and was told them unpack and put on floor. Please don’t use them as they add hidden charges after they have your stuff. YES IN RESPONSE IT WAS YOU. PLEASE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CHECK COUNTY COURT JUDGMENTS AGAINST THESE CROOKS"
