"Very poor customer service. Enquired about a car and was told it was in storage; they would phone me back IF they could get it to their sales lot. No phone call came; over the following days, they increased the price by £500! I can only imagine what the after sales care must be like"

"Contacted them at 11am and was told they'd call me back in 30 minutes. Called them back at 3pm to ensure they had my correct number, and once again I was told that they'd call me back. If I can't trust them to do something as simple as call me back, I definitely can't trust them to sell me a car."
