"Great tool in terms of capabilities but terrible tool in terms of admin rights. Ideally, an admin can be an admin: remove and add people where needed, change channels, permanently remove users, etc. As an admin I'd rather be allowed to make these changes and screw up myself (as this is my fault), rather than being restricted in many activities."
