"Saw Dr Guin for shoulder issue. The staff is kind and courteous for the most part. The nurses are all kind and caring. Dr Guin actually took me seriously compared to when I went to T.O.C. and the doctor there basically laughed at my issue. "We have used several Drs at SBJ, Which were all great. But elderly people cannot wait on Hold for an hour to make appt, and we don't do Portal. When you have an injury or Follow Up, you need an appt. "No help to answer phones", is reply!!!"

"Great group of physicians. Over the years, I have both shoulders fixed by two different physicians, (Hall and Smith). I am very pleased with the results and how pain free it was post-op.
