The service was quick, the two gents who did the work getting the coach towed were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant, and the equipment was superb. "Stauffers went above and beyond for us. We had a car stranded in Wyoming and needed it brought to Idaho. They dispatched a truck immediately, picked up the car, and had it to Idaho falls that same day. There dispatchers were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely call them again when we need a tow truck."

"Your guy did a good job of getting out to where our track hoe was located. The only thing that would have made it better was to have your guy know the equipment a little better. He had some problems with the truck and had to keep repositioning it to do the job. Other than that, he did a great job of getting the machine loaded onto my flatbed to haul."

I didn’t have a spare tire and it was on a Sunday so I wasn’t able to go get me a new one to put on my car so they were able to pick up my car and tow it right to my apartment even when I wasn’t there.
