"The staff here is extremely friendly and willing to help. I had forgotten my key to my lock so I couldn't shoot my shotgun. I asked if the had a bolt cutter. The staff went and found an angle grinder, took the gun outside and cut the lock off for me. They even have me a free new lock afterwards.
