"I bought a beam from these guys this year and it seems to have had a manufacturing flaw. I had to return it - Edmund and David couldn’t have been more helpful. The issue wasn’t their fault but irrespective of that the customer service was top notch. Recommended 100%"

"From start to finish the service was very good . The fitters opened up my existing fireplace , fitted a new liner and replaced my own refurbished wood burning stove. The two fitters were excellent. Both very courteous and very tidy . There attention to detail was impressive and the final fit was perfect. No hesitation in recommending this firm."
