"We tested this while looking for other CRM software's and while it has a great amount of features after a while we discontinued use due to no longer using google apps but it did it's job very well for the time we used it. If you have Google Apps for business I would highly recommend using Streak!"

"Email snoozing and tracking. I used Streak to make sure that I didn't lose track of conversations. Their snooze function was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the open tracking of emails, but this can be a double-edge sword as it can turn people off if they have software that lets them know you're doing it."
