"Service is fine. Wash comes out clean. However, once you start a membership, you can't cancel it. Their website has been down for over 3 months and nobody answers when you call them. I was forced to issue a stop payment through my bank just so they would stop charging me."

"The right vertical rotating brush is missing/not rotating so the right side of the car is not getting the anticipated cleaning. They did refund my wash after I advised them of the problem. They are fully aware of the issue but not advising prior to going through."
