"Best gym I’ve ever joined, the support Sal and Anthony provide is nothing short of amazing. I have been going for the past 4 weeks 5 days a week and feel and see my body changing in a real positive way. Their sessions are always different which makes training interesting. There are no little clicky groups, everyone talks to each other with no judgement, no little sni remarks like you can get at other places! It reminds me of some crazy times I had in Hong Kong, or the battle to be the best in Tokyo. People are really pushed to the limits at times and it feels like a lynching, but it is all in good fun as you work in teams..." Read more
