"Inconsistent quality among designers. Was not happy with the first sample they sent me so they sent me to a different designer who was better in some ways then others. Your brochure is an important reflection of your business and should be done well. It's a shame that I had to pay $230 for something I didn't even get."

"Paid for the custom design "expensive" service for a refresh of 6 existing slides that needed turned around quickly. Extremely low standard, unusable slides provided. No issue with the project manager but the production quality was shocking - i think i literally paid $60 for one slide that "sharpened" the existing graphic..."
