"Drivers were prompt and courteous. We had a bad delay on arrival and the driver was still there when we needed him. My only feedback for improvement would be a text or email about our driver the day of or the day before so I know that someone will be there. I travel a bit and almost everywhere we go the car service gives me a heads up about being there."
