"Guard rips fast.. "metal" cord rips even faster. It fraud and stabs you and sticks into your clothes. It ripped my good gym shorts. It stings my legs. This rope is nearly impossible to get a good flow.. I had maybe 10 jumps and it hits my shoes. Very low quality. This is not a jump rope by definition. It's just a dangerous metal string."

"Do NOT buy it does not work!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The headband did nothing to absorb or wick sweat away so that it didn't run onto my face and into my eyes.
