"Communicative and very knowledgeable of the area! I moved here a bit ago with no knowledge of the city and where it was desirable to stay so I planted myself in an area I thought was nice but I was wrong. After minimal conversation, Joe was able to narrow down areas that would best suit me. I moved in to the new home and haven’t regretted a moment!"
