"I always love the staff at Town & Country especially Tara..I was a little disappointed in lulu's grooming as far her hair being cute in a teddy bear face which is a round face which is what I requested and stressed at check-in but, this was clearly not done. It was definitely put on the paperwork to do so.The rest of her body was cut fine."

"Dr Phil always shows he cares about my pet's health. When bringing in Nat for her annual, he also made a point of asking how our other cat was doing that we did not bring in. He is through in my pet's exam and explains everything in ways that I can completely understand. Thanks for the great care over the past 10ish years for our family."
