"I was a bit startled when I walked in to pick TAZ up. And was told I must go back out and call in. At that point the correct customer service would have been to ask me to return to the car and then bring my dog and bill out. However the staff want that smart. I’d you don’t want customers entering due to renovations lock the doors!!!!"

"The only complaint I have is that I had to have my dog at the facility by 8 AM. But yet they didn’t do the surgery until later in the afternoon. And I could not pick her up until 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I understand the need for her to be more awake from anesthesia, thus picking her up later. But I do not understand why she had to be there so early."
