"Fast and friendly response and service. If I was to make one suggestion and it may just be purely a personal preference. After a wet mop of a hard floor (tiled etc), perhaps a dry mop after? Leaving a wet floor, eventually to air dry left water marks on the surface. Anyway, great work Jim and team. Thank you so much."
