"Since I started at the true Pilates academy, not only did I learn the the true method, I was also welcomed into a warm family. We work in small groups which really allows us to truly connect with the people, and more important I get the feeling I can make a difference. "If you are looking for Pilates education of the highest level, you should be with True Pilates Academy. Anna Rubau teaches the pure Pilates method to small groups of students. That way she can really pay attention to each individual student and their questions. Also, all the equipment in the studio is high quality. I recommend!"

"De True-Pilates Academy gives you a profound understanding of the pure method. There are regular meetings in the studio in order to practise with the teacher and to discuss cases together.
