"目前買過多數口味，覺得原味味道最好，用途也最多，適用於濃湯、高蛋白煎餅等。抹茶烏龍奶茶與巴西莓等口味，都有些許的香料與甜味劑的味道，口感上容易留有餘味，因此還是比較推薦原味。這個適用於代餐，有飽足感，減重增肌。"
