"Pleased with the service. They are now asking for tips when payment is made which I absolutely don’t agree with. The American begging bowl is spreading beyond restaurants. The fee they charged is more than enough without having the pressure to pay a tip. I didn’t pay a tip which the person taking payment clearly didn’t appreciate."

"We booked our son's and his partner's dogs in at fairly short notice. Both dogs live in Walton On Thames but there were no appts until September! It was the best decision we made.
