"Took Tully, a miniature schnauzer, who had turned into a furball as I couldn"t get an appointment at his usual groomers. The atmosphere was wonderfully calm and relaxed and they were very interested to find out exactly what we wanted. "We took Oscar (2 years old cocker spaniel) for his first groom at The upper hound. They took great care of him, he was a little nervous but they took it slowly and at his pace. I will def be using them again. Highly recommend."

"Upper hound are fantastic took my cockapoo Poppy for her first puppy groom here Kate and Katie are so friendly and poppy got lots of cuddles. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed which is so nice.I would definitely recommend them and Poppy is already booked to go again π"

"Bailey had his first appointment today. Really, friendly, calm environment. He looks and smells lovely. Got Willows nails clipped when collecting Bailey as she's a nightmares at home.. Katie was gentle, but quick and efficient so she didn't get stressed. Would highly recommend. Already booked our next appointment. Thank you Katie."

"So pleased Upper Hound has opened up, the have one of the Best Dog Groomers in the area. My springer spaniel Tasha comes out looking beautiful. Perfect cut, not a track mark in sight. The shop is lovely, nice calm atmosphere which is great for the dogs. See you both again very soon."

"Very friendly, welcoming, they listen and really do take great pride in their work and looking after your beloved pet. I trust them explicitly and I wouldn't go any where else.
