"This is the message I sent to Venngage: You do not disclose until publishing time that we must pay to download the infographic. This is somewhat dishonest and your site is not free. I don't have an infographic, you do. You own my infographic, so don't say it's free. I have told this to my professor and suggested that she recommend another site."
