"Nice location and well kept park, however we had two caravans having decking installed for 5 days in a row, meaning drilling and sawing at 8.30/9 on the dot, so no lie ins this holiday!"

"Close to the beach. Only downsides was there was lots of mold in the caravan. The pull out bed was covered in rust and mold. Our caravan was near the road so we didn't get much sleep. Not much to do onsite either. Dog friendly"

"It's ok if your children like exploring. Nothing on site to do. No restaurant or takeaway on site. Very quiet. more for the older generation. But very clean and a good base to explore Cornwall."

"Relaxing break or surfs up? Then this is the place for you. Bit run down, not much in the way of facilities. Top of the hill with the village below. Coop and other shops/restaurants nearby. Beach is 5 mins away by car. Ok if you don't mind driving to the tourists spots."

"When we booked, the lady said it was a short walk to beach and town through a path. That was a lie its about 10 mins walk but coming back is more like 40 as a steep hill. Not much on site no play Park etc Caravan was very basic. Not enough cutlery. Beach is good and perranporth it self is loverly. Park was very clean and the views where good although they r..." "Just got back. Yes the site is clean but caravans dated. I rented a caravan so did my daughter and both dated. Our beds were not made up for us and our mattress on the double bed was a big thick piece of cut sponge and fitted bottom sheet did not fit. If staying be mindful you cannot check in till 4pm but the site closes at 5pm and no one there to get your k..." Read more

"Only half a mile from perranporth, there are some good views of the beach from here. The vans are in a reasonable state although some are showing their age so research before booking. Has a little shop and a laundrette on site which is handy. Have been here many times and would come again but in the right van. Edit: there are houses being built at the bottom..." Read more

"Would have given more stars if they weren't building houses right at the front of the site, which now obscures the view of the beach and sea. The site itself is nice though."

"You need to mention the massive building site that is turning into apartments that is located in front of the sea. At the minute there are no sea views, I feel this should be mentioned upon booking."

"Really good prices and what a location, how ever I have just got back from my 2nd stay and I booked through the main park and not a private caravan this time I feel this was a massive mistake, bedding and mattress was damp and there was mold growing on the curtains then the boiler stopped working so me and my wife came home early, definitely recommend a priv..." "Used to a really nice place, but now more and more caravans being squeezed in its more like a car park. Plus when it rains it's more like a swamp but on the plus side it does have a good view from some caravans ."
