"Dr. Varma was energetic and appropriate but wasn't too accustomed to dealing with patients like my cognitively-challenged 91 year old mother. Her loss of focus is frustrating, and it is hard to know how much pain she is really in. I know he tried, but he seemed to lose his patience with her. His staff was very pleasant."
