"Having a flat-roofed house in the PNW isn't the easiest. That said, Valentine installed and has stood by their warranty for our PVC roof and skylights. Chuck was great with our warranty work in the past and now that he has moved on to sales, we have a new warranty person, who has been responsive, courteous, and efficient with our downspout leak.
