"Having a flat-roofed house in the PNW isn't the easiest. That said, Valentine installed and has stood by their warranty for our PVC roof and skylights. Chuck was great with our warranty work in the past and now that he has moved on to sales, we have a new warranty person, who has been responsive, courteous, and efficient with our downspout leak. "I was very satisfied with the roof cleaning service that Valentine Roofing provided. Their technicians called the morning of and kept me informed of their arrival time. Everyone I spoke to in their office were all very nice and answered all my questions. I liked their roof cleaning technique of using a brushing method to remove the moss and other debris."
