"Mr. Pinkhasov was very kind, understanding and helpful. No nonsense. I was happy/impressed with the service and there were no unexpected fees, very transparent. The practice caters for Spanish speakers but if like me you don’t speak Spanish the current staff are bilingual and can help you out no problem."
