"I'm giving 5 stars because all of these beautiful people are out there in the heat cleaning up our messes. My car looks amazing. HOWEVER, the reason I brought my car is because there was a gross spill on the back floor of the car. They cleaned the carpets but didn't even touch the other part. Feels bad that I spent $100 and they left me a little present."
