"Several years ago we were on vacation, and I bought a bar of single origin chocolate at the Chocolate Museum in Orlando. "My first experience was not as good and so initially I was skeptical. But after trying a few more I was hooked. Working on my 4th shipment now. The chocolate is creamy, rich, and flavorful. I love the buttery, toffee, caramel, and mousse bars. I also love the white rice couveture. Sooo yummy."
