Cold and freezer not working. He he knew right away the problem. Ordered the part, went and got it
. Refrig is working perfect now. I always call these guys. Soooo reasonable and know what they're doing."

"Jesee was incredibly helpful. We discussed the options for my failing fridge for 15 minutes on the phone (so, no charge). Ultimately I decided to try to get Sears to cover the repair under warranty - and he gave me tips on dealing with them too. Any business that is this helpful without getting paid, deserves a great review and my future business."
