"The providers are always nice and so is the desk personnel. However, the nurse or medical assistant that's typically there is not personable at all. In this field, you need to talk to people and have some empathy, not treat them as is they're just another annoying part of your job."

"Staff were very welcoming and kind! All the way from the front receptionist to the ladies in the back. I am disappointed to have walked in and noticed how filthy it is though. A doctors’ office/clinic/urgent care should not look like it’s being cleaned once every week or 2. Dirt and trash on the floors, sticky countertops. This could be policed up a bit!"
